Hon’ble Minister of Textiles, GoI
The 62nd Joint Technological Conference (JTC), organized by the four premier Textile Research Associations (ATIRA, BTRA, SITRA, and NITRA), will take place on the 24th and 25th of October 2024 at NITRA campus. This two-day event will showcase groundbreaking research and development in spinning, weaving, chemical processing, apparel manufacturing, home textiles, and technical textiles.
For the first time, research from all eight TRAs— ATIRA, BTRA, SITRA, NITRA, IJIRA, MANTRA, SASMIRA, and WRA—will be presented. The conference will also feature an exclusive session dedicated to Technical Textiles and an exhibition covering both technical and conventional textiles. Professionals from the textile and apparel industries, as well as personnel from military and paramilitary forces, are expected to gain valuable insights and benefits from participating in this prestigious event.
